This blog is for current and past international students to share their thoughts on their time at Kerikeri High School. Some will have been in the Sailing Academy, others the Theatre Arts Academy, while most will be following academic programmes of varying lengths. We also have GAP students who join our school. Haere Mai Teeratada

Our new group of International students from the Teeratada school in Phitsanulok Thailand were officially welcomed to Kerikeri High School on Monday at the powhiri. Their principal, Mrs. Wanla Santipada, offered a speech on their behalf, and the students sang a beautiful waiata in English and Thai and then another in Maori. While the kapa haka group showed the Thai students the hongi, the Thai students demonstrated their own traditional bow and greeting.
